We reserve the right to accept or decline any digitization project at our discretion. We may decline projects that:

• Contain materials that violate copyright laws
• Include content that is illegal or offensive
• Are beyond our technical capabilities
• Pose safety or security risks

Material Handling

When you submit materials for digitization:

• You confirm that you own the materials or have permission from the owner to digitize them
• You accept responsibility for insuring valuable items during shipping
• You understand that we handle materials with professional care but cannot guarantee against all possible damage
• You agree to collect or arrange return shipping within 90 days of project completion

Copyright and Ownership

You retain all ownership rights to your original materials and the digital copies we create. By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the copyright to the materials or have obtained necessary permissions
• The materials do not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights
• You will not use our services to reproduce copyrighted commercial media

Payment Terms

Pricing

Prices quoted on our website are base rates for standard projects. Final pricing may vary based on:

• Condition of materials

• Rush processing requests

Payment Process

Payment terms include:

• Quotes are valid for 30 days from issue date
• Payment is required before work begins or upon completion, depending on project size

Refunds and Cancellations

• We do not guarantee specific delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing
• Force majeure events (natural disasters, equipment failure, etc.) may delay service without penalty
